A down payment is required before development begins. This payment is refundable if the project is canceled before work starts and counts toward the total project cost. The final payment is due upon completion.
Each project includes a revision period during development. After final delivery, any additional modifications will require a separate service request and additional charges.
Yes. Once the final payment is made, you own all rights to the project.
We are not responsible for issues caused by client modifications or third-party edits to the app. Any required fixes will be billed separately.
You receive a 2-week trial period to test the app and report any issues. We will fix any bugs that affect functionality at no extra cost during this period.
Refunds are not available after the final payment is made unless the app does not function as originally agreed upon.
We do not currently provide hosting, but CodeCobra Hosting is coming soon. Clients must use their own hosting provider, and we can assist with deployment.
The timeline depends on project complexity. Small websites/apps take 1-4 weeks, while larger platforms may take 5+ weeks
This depends on the agreement and licensing. Some projects allow resale, while others require separate licenses for different businesses.
We offer maintenance plans for continued support, updates, and security fixes. These plans can be customized based on your needs.
