Our commitment to transparency and trust through clear policies and guidelines
Privacy Policy
We collect client contact details, project information, and payment data only to provide our services. We do not sell client data to third parties.
Hosting Policy
CodeCobra does not currently provide hosting, but CodeCobra Hosting is coming soon. Clients must use their own hosting provider, and we will assist with deployment if needed.
Data Protection & Security Policy
All projects include basic security best practices, but CodeCobra is not responsible for data breaches caused by client misconfiguration or third-party hosting providers.
Payment & Billing Policy
Invoices must be paid on time to prevent project delays. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Support & Maintenance Policy
Clients receive a 2-week post-delivery trial period to report any issues. Ongoing maintenance or updates after this period will require a separate contract.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available before final project approval. Once an app is fully delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective.
API & Third-Party Service Policy
If a project includes third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Google Cloud), CodeCobra is not responsible for their outages, rate changes, or discontinuation.
Modification & Third-Party Development Policy
Once the client receives full project ownership, CodeCobra is not responsible for issues caused by client modifications or third-party developers making changes to the code.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy
Clients can request an NDA to protect sensitive business information. Any publicly available information is not covered under an NDA.
Compliance & Legal Policy
Clients are responsible for ensuring their project complies with legal requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) in their industry. CodeCobra provides development services only and does not offer legal advice.
