CodeCobra provides custom web and mobile app development services. Clients must agree to a project scope before development begins. Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Clients must make a down payment before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. If a client fails to make the final payment, CodeCobra reserves the right to withhold final deliverables.

Each project includes a set number of revisions. Any additional revisions or feature changes after project approval will require a new quote and payment.

Clients must provide all necessary project details, branding assets, and feedback on time. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline

Once final payment is received, the client owns full rights to the project. However, CodeCobra retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

CodeCobra is not responsible for any issues that arise if the client modifies the app or hires a third party to modify it after delivery.

CodeCobra reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to meet payment deadlines, violates the terms, or engages in unethical business practices.

Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through arbitration or legal proceedings in the company’s jurisdiction.
