1. API access
CodeCobra grants customers a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to call API products within available credits, published documentation, and configured request limits.
2. Free Starter tier
Each API may provide a one-time free allocation. The current beta allowance is 100 requests per email address and API. Attempts to create duplicate free access may be refused.
3. Keys and security
Customers must keep keys confidential and are responsible for requests made with them. Keys should be stored server-side. Suspected compromise should be reported promptly.
4. Credits and payment
Credits represent API request capacity rather than stored monetary value. Purchased credits remain attached to the selected key. Final refund, tax, dispute, and payment terms will be published before Stripe checkout is enabled.
5. Acceptable use
APIs may not be used for illegal activity, abuse, disruption, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, limit evasion, security attacks, or violations of third-party rights.
6. Availability and limits
We work to keep products operational but do not promise uninterrupted access. APIs may be throttled, maintained, changed, suspended, or retired to protect the platform and its users.
7. Contact
Questions, legal notices, and security concerns may be submitted through the contact page. Never include an API key or password.
